Cosimo Zacconi

Principal

A graduate of the Architectural Technology program at Algonquin College (1993), Cosimo Zacconi amassed significant experience with local builders before establishing Canterra Design + Build in 1999. His experience and expertise ensure that he can deliver the perfect design for your home and see it through, providing updates or onsite solutions, to completion. Cosimo has provided custom homes for a wide variety of private clients as well as to locally renowned builders and architectural firms.

In 2006, Cosimo designed the Ottawa Hospital Dream Lottery Home and in 2008 designed the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation’s Answer to Cancer Lottery home, both for Priniciotta Homes.

Cosimo prides himself on providing enhanced services while building strong relationships and ensuring profitability.

Camilla Zacconi

Partner, Controller

As Controller, Camilla is tasked with keeping the business end of Canterra Design + Build running smoothly. She directs all the day to day activities, including accounting, client relations, and customer support.

Camilla maintains up to date knowledge and understanding of City of Ottawa permit requirements and coordinates all related elements, including submissions and supplements, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. She leads project scheduling and controls project and company accounting.
